"description": "<div><img src=\"http://picx.zhimg.com/v2-276fc08fe27fa3babca84fed493e6891_fhd.jpg?source=8673f162\" alt=\"头图\"/><div><div>\n<p>由于天性敏感，成长至今我一直都在与强烈的情绪做对抗。管理情绪是我无时无刻都在做的事情，因为我相信：<strong>“ 驾驭情绪 = 驾驭人生。” </strong></p>\n<p><strong>如果一个人无法管理自己的情绪，任由情绪控制自己，不仅会伤到身边的人，更会伤到自己。无法控制情绪，有时候比生活无法自理后果更严重。</strong></p>\n<p><strong>当你意识到这个问题的存在，就已经是一件非常好的事情。以下是这些年我整理的一套对我自己适用的方法：</strong></p>\n<p><strong>1. 认识情绪 - 情绪圆盘</strong></p>\n<p>应该有许多人和我一样，小时候并没有人教过我们情绪的种类。我在这几年养育自己的孩子时，因为他不会说话，所以我必须观察他的表情和动作，再给他的情绪进行命名，才知道如何去处理他的情绪。</p>\n<p>也就是在这个时候，我意识到我根本就不具备 “ 开心 ” “ 伤心 ” “ 生气 ” 等基础情绪词汇以外的词汇。这也就导致我在最初处理我孩子的情绪时，只能手忙脚乱的什么都给他，直到给到他要的那个东西为止。</p>\n<p>联想到我小时候，一件事情刺激了我的情绪时，我的大脑死机时只会会发生 “冻结 ” “ 攻击 ” “ 逃跑 ” 三种原始状态。为了高效识别我那还不会说话的孩子的需要，我第一次在人生中向自己提问，到底情绪有多少种？</p>\n<p>在无意间，我看到了这个：</p>\n<figure><img src=\"http://pica.zhimg.com/v2-b4a1726aaba0cdadfc24fdee6fe0f36f_720w.jpg?source=8673f162\" alt=\"\"></figure>\n<p>这张图叫作情绪圆盘（Emotion Wheel），又叫情绪之轮、情感轮盘、情绪图谱，最早由美国心理学家 Robert Plutchik 提出。他认为情绪像颜色一样有核心原色，也有混合、层级与强度。</p>\n<p>情绪圆盘的目的是帮助我们从模糊的 “我不太舒服” “我很烦”中，精准识别出情绪的种类、强度与成因，从而提升自我理解、沟通能力和情绪调节力。</p>\n<p>最基本的感受，Plutchik 定义为 8 种“情绪原色”：喜悦、信任、恐惧、惊讶、悲伤、厌恶、愤怒、期待。此外，还有衍生情绪与细化表达让情绪的定义更加丰富多彩。</p>\n<p>词汇量的限制让我们无法识别与命名自己的情绪，就导致我们无法控制情绪。所以我们首先需要去学会识别，在有情绪的那一秒，先问问自己：“ 你感受到了什么？” 才能逐渐去控制和驾驭自己的情绪。</p>\n<p><strong>2. “ 你现在是什么感受？”</strong></p>\n<p>这个问题，是无法控制情绪者直接跳过却最关键的问题。因为在我们的教育中，我们常常将被动的接受他人的感受视为一种礼仪与宽容。而我们常常忽略自己的感受，并将它压制在心底。一直到我们爆发为止。</p>\n<p>在我第一次教我孩子什么是情绪时，发现光说没用，于是我给他买了一个情绪小镜子。</p>\n<figure><img src=\"http://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-0dea7dfad3ec7f3191c9a728b995b0fa_720w.jpg?source=8673f162\" alt=\"\"></figure>\n<p>每当我感受到孩子的不同情绪时，我则会尽可能的用丰富的词汇帮他定义他此刻的感受。并且陪着他一起找到他真正想要做却自己做不到的事情。</p>\n<p>我的问题通常是三个：</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>“ 你怎么啦？”</strong></li>\n<li><strong>“ 为什么会这样？”</strong></li>\n<li><strong>“ 可以不可以指给我看你要什么？”</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>同理，每个人对待自己，应该好好问问自己心里的小孩为什么会愤怒、伤心、痛苦，除了闷在心里或者爆发，我们有没有别的方式去表达？</p>\n<p>情绪是我们与世界互动最直接的语言。当你能精准地说出情绪，就拥有了更强的 自我掌控力、沟通能力与人际穿透力。</p>\n<p>所以常常要问自己：“ 你怎么啦？”</p>\n<p><strong>3. 未被处理的心理创伤</strong></p>\n<p>弗洛伊德说：“ 人会反复寻找类似早年创伤场景来“重新演出”，试图这一次赢回掌控感、修复当年的无力。”</p>\n<p>有时候我们的情绪无法控制，也是因为小时候没有治愈与闭环的一个心理创伤的重演。我们选择的人，常常又一次让我们失望。这就叫作<strong> “ 重演强迫（Repetition Compulsion）” </strong></p>\n<p>你的反应不是“过度”，而是你小时候的那部分受伤的你，在今天被某句话、某个动作，激活了旧有痛点。于是在心理学上，我们使用 “ 内在小孩（Inner Child）疗法” 去识别当年我们的伤，并以成年人的方Line truncated

"content": "<div><img src=\"http://picx.zhimg.com/v2-276fc08fe27fa3babca84fed493e6891_fhd.jpg?source=8673f162\" alt=\"头图\"/><div><div>\n<p>由于天性敏感，成长至今我一直都在与强烈的情绪做对抗。管理情绪是我无时无刻都在做的事情，因为我相信：<strong>“ 驾驭情绪 = 驾驭人生。” </strong></p>\n<p><strong>如果一个人无法管理自己的情绪，任由情绪控制自己，不仅会伤到身边的人，更会伤到自己。无法控制情绪，有时候比生活无法自理后果更严重。</strong></p>\n<p><strong>当你意识到这个问题的存在，就已经是一件非常好的事情。以下是这些年我整理的一套对我自己适用的方法：</strong></p>\n<p><strong>1. 认识情绪 - 情绪圆盘</strong></p>\n<p>应该有许多人和我一样，小时候并没有人教过我们情绪的种类。我在这几年养育自己的孩子时，因为他不会说话，所以我必须观察他的表情和动作，再给他的情绪进行命名，才知道如何去处理他的情绪。</p>\n<p>也就是在这个时候，我意识到我根本就不具备 “ 开心 ” “ 伤心 ” “ 生气 ” 等基础情绪词汇以外的词汇。这也就导致我在最初处理我孩子的情绪时，只能手忙脚乱的什么都给他，直到给到他要的那个东西为止。</p>\n<p>联想到我小时候，一件事情刺激了我的情绪时，我的大脑死机时只会会发生 “冻结 ” “ 攻击 ” “ 逃跑 ” 三种原始状态。为了高效识别我那还不会说话的孩子的需要，我第一次在人生中向自己提问，到底情绪有多少种？</p>\n<p>在无意间，我看到了这个：</p>\n<figure><img src=\"http://pica.zhimg.com/v2-b4a1726aaba0cdadfc24fdee6fe0f36f_720w.jpg?source=8673f162\" alt=\"\"></figure>\n<p>这张图叫作情绪圆盘（Emotion Wheel），又叫情绪之轮、情感轮盘、情绪图谱，最早由美国心理学家 Robert Plutchik 提出。他认为情绪像颜色一样有核心原色，也有混合、层级与强度。</p>\n<p>情绪圆盘的目的是帮助我们从模糊的 “我不太舒服” “我很烦”中，精准识别出情绪的种类、强度与成因，从而提升自我理解、沟通能力和情绪调节力。</p>\n<p>最基本的感受，Plutchik 定义为 8 种“情绪原色”：喜悦、信任、恐惧、惊讶、悲伤、厌恶、愤怒、期待。此外，还有衍生情绪与细化表达让情绪的定义更加丰富多彩。</p>\n<p>词汇量的限制让我们无法识别与命名自己的情绪，就导致我们无法控制情绪。所以我们首先需要去学会识别，在有情绪的那一秒，先问问自己：“ 你感受到了什么？” 才能逐渐去控制和驾驭自己的情绪。</p>\n<p><strong>2. “ 你现在是什么感受？”</strong></p>\n<p>这个问题，是无法控制情绪者直接跳过却最关键的问题。因为在我们的教育中，我们常常将被动的接受他人的感受视为一种礼仪与宽容。而我们常常忽略自己的感受，并将它压制在心底。一直到我们爆发为止。</p>\n<p>在我第一次教我孩子什么是情绪时，发现光说没用，于是我给他买了一个情绪小镜子。</p>\n<figure><img src=\"http://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-0dea7dfad3ec7f3191c9a728b995b0fa_720w.jpg?source=8673f162\" alt=\"\"></figure>\n<p>每当我感受到孩子的不同情绪时，我则会尽可能的用丰富的词汇帮他定义他此刻的感受。并且陪着他一起找到他真正想要做却自己做不到的事情。</p>\n<p>我的问题通常是三个：</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>“ 你怎么啦？”</strong></li>\n<li><strong>“ 为什么会这样？”</strong></li>\n<li><strong>“ 可以不可以指给我看你要什么？”</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>同理，每个人对待自己，应该好好问问自己心里的小孩为什么会愤怒、伤心、痛苦，除了闷在心里或者爆发，我们有没有别的方式去表达？</p>\n<p>情绪是我们与世界互动最直接的语言。当你能精准地说出情绪，就拥有了更强的 自我掌控力、沟通能力与人际穿透力。</p>\n<p>所以常常要问自己：“ 你怎么啦？”</p>\n<p><strong>3. 未被处理的心理创伤</strong></p>\n<p>弗洛伊德说：“ 人会反复寻找类似早年创伤场景来“重新演出”，试图这一次赢回掌控感、修复当年的无力。”</p>\n<p>有时候我们的情绪无法控制，也是因为小时候没有治愈与闭环的一个心理创伤的重演。我们选择的人，常常又一次让我们失望。这就叫作<strong> “ 重演强迫（Repetition Compulsion）” </strong></p>\n<p>你的反应不是“过度”，而是你小时候的那部分受伤的你，在今天被某句话、某个动作，激活了旧有痛点。于是在心理学上，我们使用 “ 内在小孩（Inner Child）疗法” 去识别当年我们的伤，并以成年人的方式Line truncated
