\n \n 7月27日，正在费城举办的北美夏季大赛结束了第一阶段的比赛，产生了GNT各个级别的冠军、冯·蔡德维茨终身大师双人赛的冠军、NABC+公开双人赛的冠军。同时，斯平果尔德杯报名截止，共有88队参加周一开始的斯平果尔德杯。\n \n

\n \n 相当于我国全国桥牌团体赛的GNT比赛，一共有4个级别，在最高级别的比赛中，来自纽约区的Miniter队获得冠军。\n \n

\n \n 终身大师双人赛共有320对牌手参加，经过一天预赛、一天半决赛，78对牌手进入决赛，一天决赛后，美国青年牌手Lien/Luba获得冠军，挪威的巴克与瑞典迈克尔·里姆斯泰德以很小的差距获得亚军。华人中最好成绩是来自湾区的葛欣和谢召彬。\n \n

\n \n ACBL每年授予青年选手的“King of Bridge”奖项，这次落户一位华人青年牌手龚致远（Nathan Gong）。这一奖项是奖励在青少年桥牌活动中做出杰出贡献的青少年牌手，从比赛成绩、推广桥牌等维度进行评选。龚致远曾经代表美国青年队参加世青赛并且获得了好成绩，同时他也在桥牌社区做了很多有意义的工作。上次获得与此类似的“Queen of Bridge”奖项的也是华人，林安然（Amber Lin）。\n \n
